Can I exchange my dress for another size?

We can’t change sizes, our pieces are limited and carrying out exchanges during COVID is not possible due to restrictions.  If you need a different size, we recommend getting a refund and purchasing the size you need within 7 of receiving your order days.

Is Fashion Loyale Responsible for Custom Fees?

We are not responsible for any custom charges and fees.  We try to be aware of the accurate prices custom charges to ensure our customers don’t have to pay excessive fees.

What If my Address is wrong?

If your address is wrong, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be held responsible for the delivery at the incorrect address.

 How long do shipment and delivery take?

Once your order has been confirmed, we will ship it within 2-3 working days and the delivery will take 10-12 working days once the order has been shipped.

Can I return my order?

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. The order being return must be unused, undamaged in its original condition with the original packaging. It should also carry all the original tags.
